How long is a session?
Sessions are typically about 1.5 - 2 hours. That includes time for a brief check-in, an explanation of what to expect, a brief movement session, the breathwork experience, guided meditation, and a period of reflection at the end.
What should I bring or prepare?
Find a quiet, comfortable space where you won’t be interrupted. You may want to have a yoga mat, blanket, pillow, and water nearby. You’re welcome to have a journal or tissues close too, just in case.
What if I’ve never done breathwork before?
No experience is necessary. I’ll guide you the entire way and adjust the pace or approach based on how you’re feeling in the moment. All you need is a willingness to show up and breathe.
Will this be emotional?
It can be, but it doesn’t have to be. Every session is different. Some people release emotions, others feel calm or energized. There’s no right way to experience breathwork—I’ll be there to support whatever comes up.
