But instead, I felt burned out, disconnected, and like I was constantly falling short - even when things looked “successful” from the outside.

Everything started to shift when I stopped trying to fix myself and began to listen to myself.

That’s what this coaching space is about - not giving you another to-do list or mindset hack but helping you gently unravel the patterns that keep you stuck in overthinking, self-pressure, and emotional overload. Together, we’ll build tools that actually work for your sensitive, intelligent, deeply feeling nervous system - so you can move through life with more ease, self-trust, and grounded confidence.
