The Relentless Part
A Late Winter Workshop on Exhaustion and the Drive to Keep Going
Saturday, February 21, 2026 | 11:45 AM - 1:45 PM
What if you could finally hear your own inner wisdom and give yourself permission to truly rest?
There's a Part of You That Won't Stop
It keeps you going even when you're exhausted, even when your body needs a break, even when everything in you is asking to slow down.
This part has likely served you well. It's helped you accomplish things, meet deadlines, show up when others couldn't. It's strong, capable, and deeply committed.
But right now, in the depths of late winter, it might be running on empty.
What would it be like to understand what this part of you really needs?
We're in Deep Winter
We'll meet in late February. The coldest, grayest part of the year. Nature is resting. Everything is quiet, turned inward, conserving energy for spring.
But many of us are still trying to maintain summer energy. The same productivity. The same pace. The same constant motion.
This workshop creates space to align with the season you're actually in and to explore what rest might feel like when you've been moving for so long.
What We'll Explore Together
Movement and Grounding
Gentle practices to bring warmth and presence to your body
Guided Breathwork Journey
A guided breathwork experience to access deeper emotion and wisdom.
Guided Introspective Meditation
Meet the part of you that keeps going, listen to what it needs, and explore what rest might feel like.
Creative Processing
Journal, draw, or map what emerged through your choice of expression.
Sharing Circle
Share and be heard in small groups and community space.
"Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside, awakes."- Carl Jung
This Workshop Might Be For You If:
✨You find it hard to slow down, even when you want to
✨Rest feels uncomfortable, unsafe, or like something you have to earn
✨You're curious about what's underneath all the doing
✨Traditional meditation hasn't worked for you- your mind stays too busy
✨You're ready to explore a different relationship with rest and your own inner guidance.
What You'll Take With You
You'll leave with greater understanding of the part of you that keeps pushing, what it's protecting, and what it might need to feel safe enough to rest.
You'll have experienced what it feels like to listen to your body and inner wisdom. And you'll have experienced what it feels like when your nervous system begins to shift out of constant overdrive.
This is the beginning of a new conversation with yourself- one based on curiosity rather than criticism.
