For High Achievers: Specifically designed for people whose lives look successful but don't feel successful. These sessions address perfectionism, the achievement trap, and closing the gap between external success and internal peace. For those ready to stop performing and start being.

Nature-Based & Seasonal: Reconnecting with the natural rhythms of the year through sessions aligned with the seasons, solstices, and equinoxes. Each season brings its own energy and wisdom- these sessions help you attune to those cycles and what they're inviting you to explore within yourself.

Universal Themes: Addressing the shared human experience- the emotions we're "not supposed to" have, the struggles we don't talk about, the experiences that connect us all. Topics like anger, stress, resilience, grief, and other aspects of being human that deserve space and attention.
