My Story

I Know This Journey Because I'm Living It

I spent years building what looked like the perfect life. From the outside, I had it figured out- the career, the achievements, all the markers of "success."

But the gap between how it looked and how it felt kept growing.

I was tired of performing. Tired of perfectionism running the show. Tired of living someone else's version of success while losing touch with my own truth.

So I started building something different- a life aligned with my values and what actually matters to me. By slowly, imperfectly choosing myself while untangling decades of perfectionism, I've laid the foundation of a life I don't constantly feel I need a vacation from.

This work isn't about adding another achievement to your resume. It's about remembering you're not a problem to be solved. It's about coming back to your body, your breath, your truth.

It's messy. It's uncomfortable. And it's the most worthwhile thing I've ever done.

Now I help others navigate their own version of this journey.
