What is breathwork?

Breathwork is the practice of using intentional breathing patterns to influence your physical, mental, and emotional state.

Our emotions affect our breath- and our breath affects our emotions. When we’re stressed or anxious, our breath often becomes shallow or irregular, which then feeds more tension and overwhelm. Breathwork helps break this cycle by gently guiding your breath toward patterns that calm your nervous system and invite a sense of ease and connection. Many people who feel they “can’t meditate” find breathwork to be an accessible way to experience deep calm and presence without the pressure of traditional meditation.

My breathwork sessions are unique because they deeply integrate music to guide and enhance your experience, creating an immersive environment for emotional release and nervous system regulation. Each session also includes a guided meditation following the breathwork to help you fully integrate and carry that calm and clarity into your day.

In addition to group and individual breathwork sessions, I offer breathwork integration coaching to support you in applying these tools in your daily life, helping you build lasting resilience and inner balance.
