Stop the Exhaustion
The Overachiever's Guide to Rest When Your Brain Won't Shut Off
You know you need to rest.
You also can't let yourself do it.
There's always something unfinished. Something that has to happen first. A list that never quite clears. And even when things are technically fine - even when you have a free hour, a quiet morning, a moment that should feel like a break- there's a low hum underneath it. A sense that you haven't done enough yet to deserve this.
So you keep going.
And then you're exhausted and resentful and you still can't stop, because stopping was never really an option.
Maybe it's a time management problem- time you've lost scrolling or something else that you could've gotten more of this done beforehand. It's not.
It's about a part of you that learned, a long time ago, that your worth depends on what you produce. That love has to be earned. That the moment you stop being useful, needed, or productive- something important might be lost.
That part has been running your body and mind ever since.
What this workshop is
This is a 2-hour virtual workshop that combines teaching, breathwork, guided meditation, and reflection to help you understand why you can't rest- and leave with a real plan for what rest could actually look like for you.
Rest that accounts for, and is not in spite of, what your relentless part is actually afraid of.
What you'll walk away with
Clarity on your specific pattern. What you're holding, what it's costing you, and the exact belief underneath the feeling that you haven't done enough yet.
A body-level experience of rest. Through breathwork and guided meditation, you'll practice what it feels like to actually stop- and access something your body rarely gets to feel.
Understanding of the part that won't let you stop. What it's protecting you from, why it developed, and why discipline or a better time management system will never be enough to override it.
A concrete next step that's actually yours. A small, specific act of rest designed around what your relentless part needs to feel safe enough to allow it.
This workshop is for you if:
You're always the one who holds things together- and you're tired
You feel guilty when you're not being productive, even when you're running on empty
You've tried to "just relax" and it doesn't work- you just lie there feeling anxious about everything you're not doing
You know something has to change but you don't know how to actually let yourself stop
